F&B DUTY MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Full Time (32 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime) Duty Manager assigned to Food & Beverage areas to join the Telford Whitehouse Hotel reporting into the Food & Beverage Manager.

The successful applicant for this role will ensure that they act with integrity at all times by knowing the hotel and how they can personally drive the business, deliver excellence by demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectations, have the ambition to continuously improve and be able to show that they care by putting their colleagues and guests first.

We’re looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, carry out instructions, be able to pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service. Experience within a busy hotel food and beverage outlet is essential.
